My Dell Laptop Battery expanded and lifted the keyboard and mouse pad. They ordered and replaced the battery and fixed the keyboard and mouse pad. They fixed it as good as new in 2 days. Great customer service and fast. Highly Recommend!!

If I could give the employees at this business a higher rating, I would! I emailed over a weekend and did not expect a reply until Monday, but was responded to promptly. I took my daughter's tablet with a cracked/broken screen. (She is disabled and relies on her device daily.) The Cracked Gadgets crew went above and beyond to make sure her tablet was repaired by the next day! We are so appreciative for their service! I recommend them highly!
