With many years of experience in technology, Cracked Gadgets was started back in 2012 from a humble home office. Customers started hearing about us by word of mouth only and we grew to the point that we set up a website and social media presence. We then expanded and leased our first formal brick and mortar location in 2014 and hired 2 employees. We have developed and proven our reputation of treating others, like we would want to be treated. Such a simple concept, right? We have grown and expanded since then, but we still hold on to the same values that we started with and aim to treat every customer right!

Our Warranty
Our 1 Year defect warranty on most repairs covers defects attributed to the manufacturer of the parts or labor of installation. Damage such as new cracks or water damage is outside of the warranty coverage. A link to the full terms of the warranty will be provided.
